Giovani Barbershop kini menghadirkan program kursus atau pelatihan non formal untuk kalangan umum yang tertarik untuk terjun ke dunia penata rambut. Kursus yang dihadirkan oleh Giovani Barbershop terbagi menjadi tiga kategori : basic (dasar), profesional, dan expert (ahli). Pelatihan tingkatan ini ditujukan untuk memberikan dasar-dasar teknik dan edukasi styling atau penataan rambut yang benar sehingga dapat memberikan hasil yang memuaskan. Ilmu-ilmu dasar styling di atas merupakan kebutuhan utama dari konsumen yang mengunjungi salon atau barbershop dengan tujuan merapikan gaya rambut mereka. Penguasaan teknik-teknik tersebut akan membantu mengakomodasi kebutuhan konsumen sehingga menumbuhkan kepuasan serta loyalitas. Sebuah langkah branding yang tepat jika Anda berniat untuk menggeluti bisnis ini. Bagi peserta yang berasal dari luar kota juga dapat mengajukan permintaan untuk dicarikan akomodasi selama menjalani pelatihan.
